This is my first time eating Ganjang-gejang. It is a traditional Korean dish that’s made by marinating fresh raw crabs in a mild soy-sauce based brine. My bowl of rice has gone in no time as I really enjoyed sucking the flavor-packed crab meat out of the shell.
第一次吃醬油蟹,這款傳統韓國菜,可說是為「米飯盜賊」,只要有醬油蟹,吃數碗飯也可以的意思,是撈飯一流的美食!
